Detroit Zoo

We went to the zoo on election day with my friend Theresa and her daughter Ava. The weather was perfect for the zoo all the animals were out for the kids to look at. We went into the butterfly house and a butterfly landed right on Ethan's arm, I wish I could have taken a picture. I can't wait to take him back to the zoo next year he will really enjoy it a lot more than this year.

Halloween

Ethan was a 3 eyed monster for Halloween, he went trick or treating at his nana and papa's house with his cousin Madison. There are also pics of Ethan at the pumpkin patch and carving his pumpkin with his dad.

Summer Fun

We had a great summer with Ethan, he loved playing outside on his new swing set that he got with all his birthday money from the family. Most days we were outside from sun up to sun down, the only time we would come in was to sleep. We are not looking forward to the cold weather. Ethan has went from walking to running within a week, has 16 teeth now and eat pretty much anything you give him.

Family Vacation

These pictures were taken on our trip up north. We had a blast the whole week we were gone. Ethan learned to walk and run while on vacation. Him and his cousin Madison played together all day long. We went to Higgins lake which is where Grandma and Gramdpa Hinkel's house is the kids played at the beach, Ethan loved it!! We can't wait to go back next summer.

Take Me Out To The Ball Game!!!

Ethan went to his first Tiger's game on Sunday, Tiger's won!!!! It was a birthday gift from my friend Mercedes. We all had a blast at the game, Ethan rode the rides and got to go down on the field and walk the bases at Comerica Park.

1st Birthday!!!!!

Ethan turned 1 today!!!! I can't believe a year has already past it has gone by so fast. He had so much fun at his party, he was so excited. We had him his own little cake, he had a blast with that he probably would have ate it all if I hadn't taken it away from him. He got so many nice gifts, ride on toys for outside, bubble mower, blocks, clothes, money, gift cards, sand toys, cars, trucks, tiger tickets,and you name it he got it. So many people showed up to share this special day with us. Unfortunately the weather was horrible for a outside BBQ, but we still had a great time. Ethan had his push walker outside and we were chasing him with an umbrella it was so funny. We all had to take turns chasing him around, he was with his Uncle Jereme most of the time (thanks alot Ethan loves you very much!!) Ethan got to meet some of his new baby cousins Isabel and Hannah and also my best friend Maria's little boy. At his next birthday there will be kids running around all over.

Summer is here!!

Ethan loves to be outside he plays in his walker and likes to go for long walks. It will be exciting when he learns to walk so he can play in the backyard. He is starting to take a few steps here and there. But he gets around alot faster crawling then walking. My mom also brought him this push toy that he can walk behind that he loves, it's pretty much all that he plays with inside the house. Ethan says "Thanks Grandma." We are very busy getting prepared for Ethan's 1st birthday the theme for his party is jungle. We are having a big BBQ at our house on June 21st with family and friends.
